Sappi: Made for Life
Sappi is a global woodfibre company whose products extend far beyond paper. With true sustainability at their core and a mission to help the world ‘thrive’, they needed a brand awareness campaign that would introduce them to an entirely new audience.

I was part of the creative team who masterminded ‘Made for life’ a campaign designed to evolve the Sappi brand narrative, highlight both its sustainable forestry practices and the innovation and breadth of its products through an inspiring multimedia storytelling campaign, celebrating the people, ideas and innovations that nature makes possible.
We brought in the voices of Sappi’s people, partners and external ‘ambassadors’, to hear about how their relationships with natural materials influence and sustain their work, lives and missions.
In the first year, our hero ambassador was Sir Tim Smit of the Eden Project. We created a three-part multi-media story that would run over the course of 2026. This involved interviews with Tim Smit and other senior leaders at Eden to develop the narrative, shooting days on-site in Cornwall, and written stories and social media edits to pupulate the ‘Made for Life’ hub on the Sappi website and social media collaborations.

The campaign launched in March 2026, to acclaim from figures at Sappi and beyond and continues to evolve with new stories releasing monthly.
